Mesa Southwest Museum
Saemisch + Di Bella Architects worked with the City of Mesa and Mesa Southwest Museum team members to design this 35,000 square foot building addition to house a major dinosaur exhibit.
City of Mesa Public Training Facility
Saemisch + Di Bella Architects worked with city, police and fire department personnel to develop the design of this facility, which provides separate lecture halls, classrooms and a 360 seat auditorium space.
City of Mesa Superstition Police and Fire Substation
The project was designed to promote community involvement and service as well as housing both police department functions including detainee holding and evidence storage as well as fire department functions.
City of Mesa Red Mountain Police Substation
Based on input from the City of Mesa and the Mesa Police Department, this police substation was designed to accommodate 146 officers and detectives and provides for a future expansion to accommodate 144 additional officers and detectives.
City of Mesa Plaza Building
This was a complete renovation of an eight-story building that was purchased by the City of Mesa and was remodeled to house the City Council, Public Works, Engineering Design, Purchasing, Personnel and Parks / Recreation offices.
