| Based on input from the City of Mesa and the Mesa Police Department, this police substation was designed to accommodate 146 officers and detectives and provides for a future expansion to accommodate 144 additional officers and detectives. |

| This was a complete renovation of an eight-story building that was purchased by the City of Mesa and was remodeled to house the City Council, Public Works, Engineering Design, Purchasing, Personnel and Parks / Recreation offices. |
