This is a multi-use, destination urban shopping village that is comprised of approximately 250 acres, which includes an entertainment district, autopark, major retail shopping district, office/employment district and commercial/retail district.
This 60 acre commercial center had an existing multi-screen theater and shops located on site. Saemisch + Di Bella Architects designed a 66,000 square foot multi-tenant boutique shops building on the main entry into the shopping village.
This 1,500 space parking garage, located in downtown Mesa, was designed to provide Brown and Brown Chevrolet much needed bulk vehicle storage and covered sales area.
